We do not aspire to be the largest firm of Building Surveyors
or Project Managers. Our aim is to provide our clients with
a “high level of service” based upon principles of
personal attention, commercial awareness, quick response and
cost effectiveness. By doing so we aim to achieve steady growth
of our client base, staff numbers and profitability.
Our two directors, Charles MacKinnon and Sean Docherty have
a combined 30 years experience in the Commercial Property Sector
in Scotland. In that time they have both worked for large national
practices including Chesterton, GVA Grimley and Tozer Capita.
Both Charles and Sean are Chartered Building Surveyors. Charles
also has an MSc in Project Management and Sean is a member of
the Association of Planning Supervisors. |
