We
are regularly involved with Listed and historic buildings either
in carrying out building surveys or in procuring and managing
external stone repairs, roof repairs, refurbishment or redecoration
works.
Recently appointed to inspect and schedule the condition of
the roof coverings and stonework to the Kelvingrove Art Gallery
& Museum, as part of the extensive refurbishment works currently
being planned for this monumental Glasgow building.
A schedule of dilapidations served upon BDO Stoy Hayward resulted
in our undertaking stone repairs and other works to their Grade
B Listed West George Street office premises.
We were appointed by the co-proprietors of a substantial Listed
residential property in Kelvinside, Glasgow, to undertake stone
repairs, redecoration and eradication of dry-rot.
We have recently co-ordinated external fabric repairs to a Grade
B lisited retail/residential building in Drysdale Street Alloa
for CG Property and a four storey Category B office building
in St Vincent Street, Glasgow for LNC Properties. |
