Recent investment surveys of industrial portfolios include 32
units in East Kilbride and 168,000 sq. ft. in Washington, Tyne
& Wear.
We have project managed sub-division, internal alterations and
fabric repair contracts. Recent examples include the sub-division
of 35,000 sq.ft. industrial building into four separately serviced
units for a private pension fund in Cumbernauld and sub-division
& repairs to a 25,000 sq. ft. unit for Ashtenne.
