We
are no strangers to welly boots, hard hats and muddy construction
sites.
A Building Survey of two government occupied buildings at Glasgow
Airport on behalf of BFS Managed Properties, led to us being
appointed to monitor the construction of a new 10,000 sq. ft
office building on an adjoining site.
We recently monitored the construction of a new 35,000 sq. ft
production facility for Lewmar in Cambuslang. We were also involved
in the agreement of the specification and development agreement,
undertook a space planning exercise for their office accommodation
and assisted in the fit-out.
The Famous Brunswick Warehouse appointed us to monitor the construction
of a 7,500 sq. ft new build retail unit in the south side of
Glasgow.
We are currently Project Managing the amalgamation of four retail
units at the Almondvale Centre, Livingston on behalf of Land
Securities Portfolio Management. The unit is to be let to Next
PLC and the works include the construction of a 3,500 sq. ft
extension on the service deck of the shopping centre. |
