A
significant part of our current workload is in the retail sector.
We acted for a London based property investor in their acquisition
of 43 retail units in Main Street Coatbridge. We are currently
administering external fabric repairs, including replacement
of render, repairs to the canopy roofs and external redecoration
Assisted Room 2 in the design, management and procurement of
fit-out works to 20,000 sq. ft retail warehouse units in Uddingston,
Falkirk, Clydebank and Stirling.
Acted for The Brunswick Shoe Warehouse in the design and preparation
of shop-fitting and statutory approval drawings for over 30
retail warehouse and high street units throughout Scotland and
the north of England.
Currently acting for the recently formed Poundzone in their
expansion into Scotland. |
